Weight loss is generally a decrease in total body fat, fluid or muscle. Coupling a clean diet with exercise will mean that results are obtained quicker. Also, a rise in physical activity would burn a sufficient amount of calories,for instance, taking the stairs instead of the lift. Morning exersise, walking and jumping rope are some of the basic exercises that torch calories to give you a lean body. As the body gets acustom to exercise, other advanced forms of exercise can be incorporated, such as strength training.

Water and weight loss.
Drinking water with food gives one the feeling of a fuller stomach, thereby reducing the tendency to overeat, while flushing toxins from the boy.
